FWP Old Fashioned

Our house made brown butter and pecan washed bourbon served over a large rock with a splash of brown sugar simple syrup and dark chocolate Aztec bitters. Garnished with two Luxardo cherries.

McD's Whiskey Sour

A delicious blend on Tin Cup 10 yr bourbon with our house made sour mix, shaken. Topped with a Pinot Noir float for a beautifully layered cocktail. Garnished with a dehydrated lemon wheel and Luxardo cherry.

2023 Cakebread Chardonnay

Aromas of ripe green and golden apple, accented with fresh white peach and light oak. Refreshing and refined on the palate.

Triple C

A beautiful Chillan red blend made up of 65% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Carmenere. This wine offers notes of black cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry, and plum with complex notes of dark chocolate, tobacco, spices, licorice, and cedar. A deep ruby-colored, full-bodied wine with a smooth texture, firm tannins, and good acidity, making it an elegant and complex blend designed for aging.

Ben Holladay Bottled-in-Bond

This is handcrafted small-batch bourbon, with each batch being pulled monthly from different barrels spread out on different floors of our two seven-story brick houses and blended by our master distiller 2022 and 2023 Gold Medal Winner.

High West Campfire

A blended whiskey known for its unique combination of flavors, incorporating straight rye, straight bourbon, and peated Scotch. It is aged in charred American white oak barrels, along with second-use bourbon barrels, and boasts a sweet, spicy, smoky finish.
